Einige Hersteller f\u00fchlten sich nach der Umr\u00fcstung nicht mehr an die Neuwagengarantie gebunden, ergab eine Umfrage der Verbrauchersch\u00fctzer. In so einem Fall droht den Autofahrern dann die Kosten f\u00fcr <strong>Reparaturen<\/strong> selbst zahlen zu m\u00fcssen, auch wenn eigentlich noch eine Werksgarantie greifen m\u00fcsste.<\/p>\n<p>Auch <strong>Zusatzgarantien<\/strong>, die vom Umr\u00fcster angeboten werden greifen der Verbraucherzentrale zufolge h\u00e4ufig nicht: <em>&#8220;Hier m\u00fcsse der Autofahrer das &#8220;Kleingedruckte&#8221; sehr aufmerksam studieren. Eine Umr\u00fcstung sei demnach nur empfehlenswert, wenn die Herstellergarantie erhalten bleibe&#8221;<\/em>. Anders ist es bei der Umr\u00fcstung ab Werk, wie sie zum Beispiel <strong>Subaru<\/strong> oder <strong>Chevrolet<\/strong> anbieten. In diesem Fall ist die Herstellergarantie nat\u00fcrlich in jedem Fall vorhanden. Ob diese dann auch das kostenlose <strong>Toshiba-Notebook<\/strong> betrifft, dass man im September 2006 beim <a title=\"autoregional.de\" href=\"http:\/\/www.autoregional.de\/autonews\/2006\/08\/30\/chevrolet-identifiziert-neue-kaeufergruppe\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kauf eines neuen Chevrolet<\/a> bekommen hat, ist nicht ganz klar! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Auf den Verlust der Herstellergarantie berufen sich auch die Werkst\u00e4tten immer ganz schnell.
